Serving homeschool families across all 75 Arkansas counties

About ARHSN

Christian families. Independent education. A statewide network built to serve and to last.

Who we are

The Arkansas Homeschool Network (ARHSN) is a statewide, Christian network of homeschool families. We exist to equip families for the work of home education, to connect them with one another across Arkansas, and to advocate for the freedom that makes independent home education possible.

Our story

ARHSN was formed by Arkansas homeschool families who share a conviction: that raising and educating the next generation is the God-given work of parents, and that this work is strongest when it remains free and independent. We saw the need for a statewide voice dedicated to Christian home education in Arkansas, one that equips families, connects them to one another, and stands watch over the freedoms that make home education possible. That is the network we are building, for the families of today and the generations still to come.

Our mission

We equip, connect, and advocate for Christian homeschooling families committed to educational independence.

Our vision

We envision an Arkansas where Christian homeschool families are free to educate their children independently, guided by faith, protected by law, and unrestrained by the entanglements of public funding or government control.

What we value

Biblical Worldview. We support home educators who teach from a foundation of biblical truth.

Parental Authority. We affirm that parents are called by God to direct the education, formation, and discipleship of their children.

Educational Independence. We advocate for non-publicly funded models that keep Christian education free from government oversight and mandates.

Arkansas Community. We are building a network of families to share resources, information, and opportunities.

Informed Citizens. We believe accurate, timely information promotes lasting unity and commitment to independent homeschooling.

Our leadership

ARHSN is led by a board of Arkansas homeschool parents and advocates who serve families across the state.
