Plain answers about what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Effective August 2026
Arkansas Homeschool Network (ARHSN) respects your family's privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through arhsn.org, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to serve you, we never sell your information, and you can leave our list anytime.
Newsletter signups. When you join our email list, we collect your first name and email address so we can send you homeschool encouragement, event news, and Arkansas legislative alerts.
Memberships and gifts. When you join ARHSN or give, your payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment processor. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches ARHSN's website or records. We receive your name, email, and membership information so we can serve you as a member.
Correspondence. If you email us at admin@arhsn.org, we keep your message so we can respond and follow up.
We use your information to send the newsletter and alerts you asked for, to process and manage your membership, and to respond when you contact us. That is the whole list.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with outside organizations for their marketing. We share information only with the service providers who make the site work, Stripe for payments and Netlify for our website and signup forms, and if the law ever requires it.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can ask us to remove your information from our records by emailing admin@arhsn.org. Members can manage or cancel their membership by contacting us the same way.
Our website is written for parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Our site links to outside resources, such as the Arkansas Department of Education and Stripe's checkout pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Questions are always welcome at admin@arhsn.org.
Online enrollment opens very soon. Please check back shortly, or visit us at our booth!
