Welcome to the Arkansas Homeschool Network. By using arhsn.org, you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.
ARHSN provides information about homeschooling in Arkansas, including summaries of state law, as a service to families. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but laws and requirements can change. Our content is general information, not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for confirming current requirements with the Arkansas Department of Education or consulting an attorney about your specific situation.
ARHSN memberships are annual and renew automatically each year through Stripe, our payment processor, until canceled. You may cancel anytime by emailing admin@arhsn.org, and cancellation stops future renewals. Membership benefits are described on our Membership page and may be refined as our young organization grows. Arkansas Homeschool Network is a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status pending; once approved, memberships and gifts may qualify as tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. If anything ever goes wrong with a payment, contact us and we will make it right.
The writing, design, logo, and materials on this site belong to Arkansas Homeschool Network unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to share links to our pages, and to print pages for your family's personal use. Please do not republish our content elsewhere or use our name and logo without permission.
Please do not misuse the site, no attempting to disrupt it, misrepresenting yourself in forms, or using it for anything unlawful.
We provide this site as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ARHSN is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
